About Us

Born and brought up in Agra, Sagar Arora grew up surrounded by travellers from around the world at his father's jewellery showroom. Listening to their stories and experiences sparked a lifelong passion for tourism and hospitality. Being an affable and people-oriented person, he knew early on that creating meaningful connections was his calling. This led him to study German and become a professional German linguist.

He began his career as a tour guide, working with leading travel companies for two years. During this time, he realised that while tours were being sold efficiently, the personal attention travellers deserved was often missing. Driven by the belief that every guest should feel valued, he founded The Majestic Agra in 2017, offering handcrafted private journeys with a strong focus on personal care, authenticity, and lasting relationships.

The COVID-19 pandemic brought an unexpected change with the passing of his father. As the only son, Sagar took over his family's jewellery business, carrying forward a legacy built over decades. Today, alongside leading The Majestic Agra, he also heads Majestic Emporio as a jewellery designer, creating authentic, handcrafted jewellery for clients who appreciate timeless craftsmanship and personalised service.
